On the fence about my services? It's important to me that you find the best editor for you and your story! I will edit the first chapter of your book (up to 3,000 words) totally FREE as a sample, so you can get a feel for my editing style before making any commitments. If my style isn't for you, you're off the hook!

Proofreading

If your novel has already been through major edits and just needs some fine-tuning before publishing, my proofreading service is perfect for you! I will comb through your book to correct any minor errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Let's make sure none of those pesky typos make it to print!

Copy Editing Package

If you've finished your book, but you're not sure if you've placed commas correctly or if your formatting matches industry recommendations, my copy editing services are the right fit for you! During a copy edit, I will meticulously read through your book, line by line, looking for any inconsistencies in formatting. I will correct spelling and grammar errors and may suggest some minor re-words in areas that are repetitive or do not flow well. I will ensure that your format meets industry standards and adheres to a style guide. After you review the edits I suggest, I will do one last review of your manuscript to finalize everything and ensure that all the changes look amazing!

Line Editing Package

Does your book need a little more TLC before it's ready to publish? I've got your back! My line editing package includes the same services as my copy editing package, but for books that need a greater focus on re-wording for clarity and flow. I will meticulously scan your book, line by line, suggesting re-words for any redundant or choppy sentences. I will correct spelling, grammar, formatting, and punctuation errors, and will address any inconsistencies in the tense of your story. After initial edits are complete and you've reviewed them, I will include up to two final revisions of your manuscript to make sure it looks flawless!
